What is going on in the PB? We have lost a ton of people with years of experience and there seems to be no real strategy.
How long until they consolidate it with Merrill because they can do pretty much everything we do and earn a lot more revenue..

Reminds me of Boeing taking over McDonnell and being taken over itself. We see how that turned out.
A culture that promotes mediocracy, optics over talent and complacency will see the best talent leave. Until the Mafia retires, is put into a Vice Chair role, or moves on, the issues will persist.
