Got that right! Especially if it’s not a “have to” situation.

You know you haven’t even been providing 40 hours a week as a full-time employee.
Nobody wants a job with this company.
I’m a 29 year old Hispanic and received two offers from this company.
HR couldn’t answer a single pointed question with a straight face.
I knew the answers ahead of the interview but asked them anyway,
I asked what are the frequency of layoffs and what are the frequency of promotions.
Silence, then bull$hit. I pressed on. How often is there restructuring? What is the average tenure of a new hire? More silence and more bull$hit. After the rounds of interviews I knew I would never work there. That place is headed nowhere.
