And many of us will comply because we need our jobs and it’s not exactly sunshine and flowers out there these days. So the tag war will probably escalate to all kinds of creatively stupid attrition tactics from Pepsico. At least that’s something they can be imaginative about and dedicated to, while they are failing on a business side.

@1kto+1vF3zPYM - I don't understand how you're saying there's no RTO. Before I took the VRP I was told that we were expected to be in the office again and that we had to live within one hour's drive of an HQ building. If you moved away during the WFH years, they expect you to move back or submit your resignation.
