I've said the same thing many times - Permian will peak at the end of this decade. After that, it's every person for themselves to escape the sinking SS Chevron.

Peak oil in the Permian basin is easy to predict and there is no question this play will start it’s rapid decline by the end of this decade. Peak oil worldwide? I would not bet on it! That said, it seems likely that the price of oil with continue to rise without another big shift in technology.
