With the salary increases, or lack of, exp3ct many more to come.
Hasn’t slowed down in the swamp since Covid’. Most knowledgeable good folks have left. Empty shell of what we used to be except for the managers that know everything. Just ask them and they will tell you
Two geos quit the same morning. It was great!
Many of the contractors at btec have left for greener pastures. They were tired of waiting to get hired and the lies. The fix was in for the last batch of hires. They hired all of the related and favored contractors. One person was rejected because of gossip about them. Contractors have been fired for stupid reasons such as making mistakes after not being properly trained, making comments about the nepotism, and just not fitting in. I know some who don't talk or do any work and they are still here. My morale is low and will stay that way until retirement. I still do good work I just don't play their game.
Chevron has committed to hiring 600 in Bangalore.
Anyone leave BTC to get that higher Chevron salary yet?
Attrition is so high in TC. As far as I know, there are about 6 or 7 folks who came from TC to manufacturing site, they completed their assignment with expat package and joined to another local companies prior to go back. Instead of providing quality engineering work, folks in TC are fighting for oversea assignment, escalated promotions even though they are not competent yet and joined another companies after the assignment.
Malaysia is the last TC/GBC that should be hiring.
Picking up at Fawley
Hiring is so aggressive over here in Malaysia…to replace those who have left
Not high enough. Need more to leave. Everyone please keep looking and leaving. Walking away is the only way to get them change.
