Does anyone know what the severance pay schedule is if layoff date was 11/15 (non-working notice 9/17)? On 11/15, I received higher than normal pay, which I assumed was unused PTO, plus the start of severance. It was off-cycle, and I didn't get anything the following week. So I thought maybe severance is on a different pay schedule. I didn't get anything today though.

I was told by Empower today that those of us whose last day was 11/15 were NOT getting our 401k match. Seems pretty cr-ppy to work there all year and then be told 30 days too early to get the annual match. Worked there 10 years and am over 55. Should I call Erica attorney?
You cannot contribute to your 401(k) during severance so that may be the cause of the higher pay.
Check your pay stub on Teamworks at home. The November 15th check was for salary and PTO. Our next paycheck will be on December 6th with everyone else.
