Who really cares?
They only cared about 100 percent participation, not the actual results.
global survey results have been out for a while. already reviews and came up with action items for the next year which will go nowhere.
Don't care about their survey. All though I have a morbid curiosity to see how bad the results are, I stopped filling those out years ago.
We got the results from our group. Ask your manager, they 100% got the results a few weeks ago.
Yeah when they hide the results you know its a epic shhhHHH IT show. They have the classic meeting where they invite 80 to a meeting to complain and nothing gets changes. After a couple years of that people just zone out and give up trying to fix things. Managements solution is to hire more Indians, they're at least silent .
At least on my team in HR, there wasn’t 1/10th the push to participate as there was in past years. Almost as if they threw their hands up at the whole thing 🤷🏼
Don’t know about the results, but here in CA, the company is paying for a night at Dave and Busters. Yeah. That makes up for being underpaid and the constant fear of displacement.
