+1@1vqm I come here to laugh mostly. The doomsayers clearly dont work on anything important and feel insecure. Im getting paid well, Im learning, working on advanced topics, my team is great, my boss is fair. The skills ive learned here are externally applicable. Am overall happy
Ford has way too many employees, inefficiency, unproductive, poor work ethic, don't care attitude - all equally to failure.
@1vqm+1vJxM6zb, if you're a man, you get to stay. I was cut for s-xism. Friend didn't get a promotion for s-xism, reverse. doesn't matter how good you are.

The GM site is not as negative, but the Ford cite postings are much more creative.
Why are you all worry about getting laid off? If you have done a good job, you are talented, you have good skills, then you shouldn't be worry. You can always get another job somewhere else, if you do get laid off.

xjk+1vJxM6zb put trust into a CEO who blames everyone but himself. Don't think so...But he will be first in line to take any credit.. Sorry JF/BF & DF are not visionaries or Leaders. At the present rate 5-10 years either a merger or bankrupt
Thanksgiving week came and went, and no layoffs in Model e as has been posted in this forum. More people here would be happier if they just put some trust in Ford's leadership.

Maybe for a few. There are posters who comment they are hoping for a layoff or buyout to get out of their soul ki-ling jobs.

Ford is like all other companies with it' good and bad points.
If these whinners had a backbone and hated their jobs soooo much they would grow and pair and look for employment better suited to their dispositions.
Life is way too short to be as miserable as some of these posters claim to be just because of a job.
Please, whinners hit that unlike button and prove me right!
