Like seriously, walk out is needed. I think everyone is scared they will be fired for "walking out" and the ones that are serious are worried the masses won't follow even though they agree.

What do you hope to achieve? FB does not care about employees. He’s vindictive. Participating will just put you on the list for the next RIF.
Really want to sc--w with FB? If you own stock, put forth a shareholder resolution to separate the CEO and Chairman roles. Ask questions at the annual meeting about his decisions. Force him to answer questions he dodges at town hall meetings. Make him uncomfortable. A walk out is not going to do anything.
