We tripped over ourselves to fire as many employees as possible to fill their shoes with DEI hires. There has always been equity. There has always been Diversity in alignment with population and career percentages. There has always been inclusion, especially in the workplace. The only thing that has been missing is equity of outcome. In other words, unqualified individuals that don’t want to hold their own. So T goes all in with their DEI strategy and now finds themselves with a DEI workforce that will not do their job remotely. What does T do? The double down on their ignorance and decide to bring everyone back to the office. They lose the people they want to keep and can’t fire the people that are protected by the same ideology they used to hire them. Classic T for you, Stupid is what stupid does. Take a bow T. Enjoy the fruits of your DEI racism.

The inclusion of "DEI" in this post is just ridiculous resentment.

The workforce doesn't welcome full-time RTO because it is "DEI". It doesn't want to come back 5 days a week because there aren't enough seats and parking spaces.

AT&T tried to spin RTO as fostering a collaborative, in-person environment. But with virtual workspaces, teams scattered across the country, and all meetings on Teams, we know that spin was BS. They need the buildings occupied so they they can write off the assets depreciation on T's taxes.

The fact is we were more productive and more successful during the pandemic when everyone worked from home. But that isn't helpful to T for tax purposes.

The whole "DEI" hire bullsh-t in your postings nothing but bigoted ranting. And that says all the rest of us need to know about you.
