Is anyone else one of the few remaining individuals on their team or in their department who knows their product or clients? Unless upper management wants to lose support for hundreds of clients, these lay offs needed to stop yesterday.

I am pretty sure they used ChatGPT for all their decisions. Because according to it you can replace anyone and it takes about 60 days to train anybody. 0 brain, 0 business practice. Bunch of id--ts!
Things that are breaking a d not fixed is increasing along with the liabilities..
My entire team, including VP has been here less than a year. Scary.
One got let go and I now have their job and mine. I don't even know their job lol it's a joke
There is no long term plan. They’re pumping up the stock so they can retire rich. They don’t care about you, clients or Fiserv. They only care about $$$
I truly don’t know what their long-term plan is. They brought on a whole bunch of new people and gave them all my easy work. If I leave then the one or two remaining seniors is going to be even more strapped and more stressed. They are impressively short-sighted.
