After a record margin year, Fidelity gives 0 bonuses, 0 increments and 0 shares to many associates, even the ones rated as Exceptional. I wonder what drives this decision this year. The brunt is felt more with the ET guys. Whats with other BUs?

My BU didn’t really give raises this year but from what I’ve heard, it’s not too uncommon for my department to not give raises.
I'm in ET and I got a great bonus and raise. Our manager told us he wasn't sure the bonuses and promotions were going to be very generous this year, but at least one other colleague was pleasantly surprised. If you're not getting what you wanted then you need to ask your manager - persistently, I might add - to give you more details on what went wrong.
I won't say that everyone saying that they got a bad bonus/raise despite doing everything right is lying, but you should keep in mind that people don't come to this site to post happy news
India numbers are very bad as well!!
Very disappointed. No raise and no share. Just a small bonus. Can't believe they wouldn't give out the 3% annual raise to match inflation.
I haven’t had the compensation conversation, yet. But, I spoke with someone who has and the person was a bit disappointed. This person is well thought of and considered to be an above average ee.
So, it remains to be seen. I wouldn’t be surprised if they give low bonuses to those who they think are going to exit the company and find a full-time at home job next year.
In ET.
I was in the office every day they asked me to be.
Got a very nice raise, a great bonus and shares.
To say the company isn’t giving the above this year is just false.
Hopefully your manager communicated why you didn’t receive a raise, etc. but maybe you weren’t listening?
ET the Extra Terrestrial.
My dept that never gives out shares does give out bonuses and I got one so not sure. Sorry. That stinks.
Not a lot of introspective folks on this page
Definitely not normal. There is something that u did wrong
Sounds like you didn’t follow the RTO guidelines and they punished you like they said they would after many discussions with your manager.
is it ?
