What's the point of releasing the results if you won't show the actual results? There were several questions on there that I know for a fact reflected very poorly on the execs. I know that they won't ever release the data but for a company that claims its transparency, they're doing a real sh-t job at doing it. Our manager showed the results from our team and compared it to the rest of IBM and let me just say, the only positive thing we saw was first and second line managers were mostly helping their employees. Everything else was negative. Especially the part where they asked if employees felt like the execs had the employees best interest at heart.
Even the "I want to be working at IBM a year from now" could've been construed in a way that says "I realllllly don't want to be part of layoffs and the tech market is sh-t so I can't leave this he-l hole."
Anyways, I just wanted to rant since they released the results. I know they don't care and they will never change. I'm definitely part of the "I want to leave this he-l hole but the tech market is sh-t" party.
