Can anyone tell me what’s happening at Michigan State? It used to be a great location and a great store but it looks like their competition is doing a lot better than they are. Their prices are more reasonable and they have more products.They’re always busy. They’re always friendly. They have plenty of staff. They have no problems with mail orders.

It is not a great location. Heart of the campus and official store but in the basement of the international center with only a small gated lot out front. Potential customers need a reason to go to it. The off campus store is on the main city street with busting foot traffic on a corner with sidewalk facing windows on both streets. Ours is a great well run store but not located where thousands of dollars in disposable income walks past daily. It will never generate what CW and PU thought it would when they made it a priority contract to land.
