2024 Bonus Pool vs 2023 Bonus Pool

Anyone here has insight into how the numbers are looking?

Correct. Bei was sitting in the OC meeting where that was decided - it got heated and she fought hard in the negotiations and got it done in the end.

You id--ts who think BEI got 5% a few years ago are clueless. HR has nothing to do with the merit increases or bonuses. It’s all OC driven and pools of monies allocated are then pushed down into the businesses to decide specifics.

Nothing will change: Shart, OC minions, and their butttt kissers will get huge increases and stonk compensation. The rest will be lucky to get any scraps they want to toss out.

Not fair to say. Bei fought for 5% raises and won a couple years ago.

Found in another website. From someone who has identified as a manager. Personal had gotten 12k prior year.
“LOB? That matters. Some are -5% this year and some are +10%. How many new positions opened in group (as Finance is not providing additional budget now for new bonus eligible individuals). What was your performance like? Would others agree with you? Lots of questions but picking a random number I’d say 10k from above is a good guess. Best case scenario is 15k with an exceeds. No chance you could get a consistently exceeds this quick in the bank. Plan on 10 and act happy. It will only get worse as it has for everyone since Bei came over.”

I was told by my leadership that the pool is 17% higher this year.

I’m hearing really disappointing from good sources. I’m sure this is part of the voluntary reduction in staff.

Flat in ICS is was I was told, so I did it. Supposed bump for Exceeds, but since all the ratings are fake anyways I just copy pasted.

I believe the only thing we know for sure is that Charlie Scharf's compensation will increase almost 20%, as it did from 2022 to 2023.
