When i started i was naive and young. I wanted to stay till at least 60 years and maybe longer. Boy I was wrong because it is getting worse every year. The final straw was the measly 1.25% percent raise the boss told me it was a 2 percent but after calculations it was a little over 1 percent. The workload has become excessive and unsustainable. They keep piling on more and more s hit. It is like they are setting myself up to fail because the demands are too much. My countdown is on T minus 283 days and freedom. exxon can kis my a ss.
