Pcc is bout to go union. It is really tiring to be expected to do multiple tasks. Stl there didnt do much, new stl has a worse record w treating tms. How is that helping. I guess global really wants the union in. Tm will embrace it.

It will be much more expensive to maintain robots. Have you seen the size of these robots? They cannot move a few feet without knocking over displays and glass products. Are they going to clean up aisles and spills from broken glass bottles? How are they going to squeeze through the tight aisles?

It's not just Whole Foods but other places that tested robots and these poor robots would get beaten up and put out of commission. Then hundreds of thousands of dollars gone.

Maybe one day but not for a very, very long time. Would be interesting to see which store will be first to use them and the results.

robots cant stock the hot bars or make the cute apple stacks...and notice the self checkout lines still are staffed by almost as many customer service team members as when they had express registers...

love all the keep your head down comments. worked there for 8 years.... keeping your head down makes it worse. Keeping your head down and not speaking up because you are being mistreated is like keeping your front door open all the time because you got robbed.

Just slow production down do enough to not get fired and that’s about it. You wont get a decent raise regardless of how hard you work. The only effort you should be exerting is trying to finding a new job don’t waste your time working for this company.
