The comments from the public and on this page are disgusting. I hope the majority of you aren't employees, because if you were you would know this is nonsense. This man did not spend his days reviewing claims and denying them. There are 440,000 employees at UHC, not in his wheel house. The fact anyone thinking it was justifiable that he was ki-led for doing his job is a horrible person. You obviously don't know much about the company and how things are done. With that, I did not say they treat their employees well because they don't. But, still the man had children and this will be their thoughts around Christmas for the rest of their lives. Do better people have some compassion. If you do work for UHC please find a new job.

It's interesting that the reward is now $60k, having just been raised from $10k. Isn't that about 2 days worth of BT's annual comp package? Guess they didn't care THAT much.
@1rhx+1vQM9mvh let's not forget the thousands he laid off in favor of AI. It doesn't matter who you are, a customer or an employee, your job will be eliminated if it increases bottom line by 1 cent.

The complete lack of compassion for a man gunned down in the street is fitting (and amusing). If you make your living by making decisions that quite literally ki-l people, don't be shocked when someone decides that turn about is fair play.
