I got €7k bonus. 200 shares and 3.5% pay rise. 6 years in and This is lowest so far 🥲. I am truly disappointed.

As I mentioned in another thread, I’ve been at Fido for 30 years, 20 of that as exempt. I can usually guess my raise and bonus quite accurately, but even when a bit surprised, at the very least I received a satisfactory explanation. I am so sorry for those that are not receiving communications regarding the “why” behind their compensation. That is terrible! As for me, 3% raise, 84% bonus (Whiich is my annual salary X 98% X 25%), no shares. Shares are VERY rare in my line of work. Only twice in my 30 years have I gotten them.

Boohoo! Do you know how many people in other companies get no bonus or raises? I'm talking about people busting their a$$ who don't get free coffee and snacks. You sound entitled. Glad I don't work here anymore. Happily retired under the last VBO.
