More drama at Montrose

Montrose c.o.e destined to shut its door with hardly any work for 2025. The whole place getting sent out to cover semi skilled work again in Newcastle. must be serious if management are joining in this time, more danger to their pockets. Losing shifts again. When will the union protesters start??? The writing is on the wall for BH!

Aye Lad, put on a happy face & it will turn out right I’m sure.
No use asking questions because there are no answers to a strategy that is basically being made up on the hoof by Senior Exec’s whose only short term interests are their next bonus figures, & no use asking local Management because they are as much in the dark as we are.
Of course, if you know of happy developments please enlighten us & spread that happiness around for all , but in the land of reality we know that a company can only keep such a large factory open & near empty for so long, & 2025 isn’t looking good no matter how much sugar coating is put on it, not that anybody is trying to spread it these days anyway.

COE can now be referred to as Centre of Emptiness.
