Are housing values dropping yet with all the layoffs? Oregon will suffer unless they can replace these jobs.

Hillsboro is a fake city built around a fake company so it will collapse eventually. Locals say that nobody visited Hillsboro before Intel so why would anyone move there? Think 50% unemployment with housing prices still high due to inflation.

Most of the houses are owned by H1B, wife, husband and grand parents are all engineers, then they buy multiple houses to rent out to the pleb normal citizens.

Perhaps this will be a good thing - reset Oregon on a whole. They were so busy brining in industry without any forethought as how this would affect the growth, they destroyed what made Oregon, Oregon.
