When people like x and y and z corrupt our capacity to care for one another, then we lose our accountability. We blame and su---r punch rather than being responsible to those around us. Starting with those in our lives. Full stop on being accountable to our community, to the folks who make us who we are. If we fail them, we will surely fail all others.
All this old school karate six sigma bullsh-t yet you forget about solving root cause, you boomers, When you wrong, you gotta show grace and and be humble. Humble enough to take accountability. Symptoms don't cut it.
I still believe there is hope for some people. Do not become corrupt and get caught up in this corporate culture. It is sad.
