When management teams are built on cronyism and nepotism, without considering if people actually have the skills or attitude to do the job, they tend to rely on politics, micromanagement, and favoritism. This issue is rampant at AT&T. With a management that refuses to fix its mistakes, it’s no surprise that this company is on track to fade into irrelevance.

Just another troll post stirring sh*t
In 5 years the company will no longer exist. It’ll be piece parted and sold. T’s memory will be lived thru a Wikipedia hot link.
The Stink's brother and son work for T?
This is a d-mb post unless you name names. Who in executive management has family working at T which I think is ok as long as they are not managing that family or friend?
