Missed the subsurface townhall yesterday. What are the highlights?

Subsurface workforce will look more and more like dunkin donuts. When a boss is indian, they tend to hire only indians. Look at any place that's run by them.
AI can drill dry holes. Similarly, AI can click "yes" on a non-operated development program.
Why keep a geologist or reservoir engineer to do the same thing.
Now you know why subsurface is on the chopping block along with IT, Finance, etc
"AI" (however you want to define it) has been fed to management as the savior for poor performance for 8 years now. Nothing has come from it.
The OE moment was re--rded. Selling us AI agents but conceptually didn’t even describe it right. Made it sound like they can replace us, but that’s not the point of agentic AI. Expect nothing less from these leaders. All about buzz words and not enough understanding of the problem.
Bloviated about a bunch of accomplishments that haven't occured.
