How would a union stop layoffs.
How are the RTO requirements not fair? You mean personally? The one thing they are is consistent, same for everyone. That's actually the biggest problem. Not everyone should be treated the same. That's also the problem with the union is that everyone should be the same including compensation.
Hopefully Research in Conduct Management can mirror Intake's success so they can stop the layoffs and secure fair RTO policies.
unions charge high dues then you still get laid off. Those in charge at the unions earn big dollars from the dues you pay.
