Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

A new dimension in year end assessments

Unlimited R&R will be used as an assessment under Chrissy Augustine. The category is having no life. Chrissy wants you to stay within the guidelines of non-exempt hourly employees time off policy AND not use well being time except if you are really sick. The days should not be used for any activity other than sickness.

So the catch-22 is which report do you want to be on? RTO or R&R? Everyone is coming in coughing and we have more people getting sick.

Forsake that family time for Fiserv! Skip your kids school events for Fiserv. Skip your religious beliefs for Fiserv. Live to work, don’t work to live! Fiserv work-life balance? NOT!

Fiserv doesn’t care about you! Sure they try to make it look good with Fuel Your Life… which is probably a tax deduction

The problem is exempt employees are being treated like non-exempt. Badge swipe is being used like time cards and sapience is being used to measure work. I wonder if a good labor attorney could check on this.

It's called cheap labor. They want to force out top earners and the poorest performers to be replaced by younger low wage workers.

The goal is to beat you down so you quit or to make up something to fire you with cause. The leadership here leads such miserable lives that they want to make everyone else the same.
