It was great to hear about all the accomplishments and money savings the Legg team created this year while the company continually chips away at our benefits and makes the working environment more and more unbearable. If we work really hard next year maybe the leaders of our company will get rid of our desks completely so we are all sitting on the floor! If I save the company another $12M will you turn off the air conditioning next summer!

Get rid of mumbling heidi and sleepy ward. That will get us there. Add yourself in the mix and I’m sure the “technology team” will be better off.

did Legg do another one of those "get Legg to the Town Hall" where he pretended to be d@te r4ped? I remember that. He made light of a serious crime while allowing his subordinates to fleeze Time Warner budgets on lameo cgi.
How about the ATS band? I never heard the most awful forms of music, like I have heard from those tone-deaf individuals. Why do they hate music?

Guessing this "town hall" is the holiday party (ATS EOY Celebration). see your email or the Technology Services sharepoint site to see if one is occurring near you.
Plus, I waited 30 minutes in line for a basic sandwich and water. They couldn't be bothered to allow us a single bottle of water- they had teeny cups of water. The scavengers took so much that there were no fixings for those of us at the end of the line. Really a terrible idea to have a single build your own sandwich bar for 300 people. Sadly, that is the only meal i have been treated to by AT&T all year and it was completely sh---y.
AT&T USED to be a great place to work. There were leaders who took care of the people and the people took care of the business.
Then the upper leadership began to change and those great leaders retired or were pushed out. Now there are managers in place all the way to the CEO level. Managers manage thing; expenses, numbers etc. leaders lead and support people. AT&T is a ship without leaders.
