Bonus buckets

Can anyone from CCB who is in manager role, pls explain how the bonus bucket works? What are these bonus buckets and how people are allocated?

Some says there is no impact what bonus or raise you get with respect to your rating.?
How is that possible? Is that true?

The bonus generally ranges from 10% to 35% and is distributed by the end of January. For those at level 603 and above, the bonus typically averages around 20%.

It depends on your manager who he wants to give bonus and whether he wants to give the raise as well to? Since directors who are managers are biased they try to enrich their bonus by not giving you any; plagiarism of your work as theirs is the key too the directors success

Lol. What is even a bonus? You can go to Party City and get candy 50% off and come out richer than working a full year at banks.

I'd like to understand that too. It seems that every Sub LoB has their own buckets for one and the same position and rank. They have many factors for these buckets, strategic initiatives, etc. No impressed.
