How is it that the "Number of participants in corporate and technical training" is greater than the "Number of regular employees at year end, thousands"? Are they counting contractors in the training? I wonder if they are counting the mandatory training like cybersecurity and why you have a 0% raise. I've been trying to get some meaningful training for years and can't get my supervisors to support me. They always say let me look into it and get back to you and never do.
