I work overnight at a daily shop format store in NYC and the turnaround is getting so severe that the store may suffer operationally is nothing is done. The store is a little tough to work in with a cramped receiving area and small break room. Not to mention to mention no dedicated receiving staff to handle the sometimes 16 pallets we receive throughout the night all while packing out the store. Any other Wholefoods like this it’s so different when like a big superstore where we have teams dedicated to different zones. It does not seem to be working here.

Did i hear union!!???
Skip over TMS go right to OSHA.
call osha or tms hot line saying there is a osha violation with the pallets and safety in the warehouse...they will show up in the next day to correct issue...we had to do this once at a little store with a terrible warehouse...regional was correcting things two days later...
If the store over performs with less people that is a win for global. The company is spending less money for labor and generating more profit. That is best case scenario as far as they are concerned.
Sorry English not my first language. So far this store has gone through 7 overnight team members two of whom were supervisors. Notw we are just 4 and all of us are new and most want out. It's so bad here. Sales wise the store is over performing but overnight is at a breaking point and have so little space to store things but the pallets just keep coming.
Nobody cares about operations as long as you are making sales that’s all that global is concerned with.
