Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Technicians won’t work on Sundays

My Internet went out on Friday night and I spend calling customer care on Saturday. They said no technician work on Sunday so first appointment is Monday Afternoon.

How can you expect such a lousy schedule in this day and age? Amazon is delivering in 2 hours window now and Verizon can’t send a technician on Sunday

Everyone wants white glove service with trained professionals giving up their weekends, sacrificing family and friends, but will be the same person to b***h about the cost

Hmmm....Amazon is a consumer deliverable service when you are too lazy to drive to the store for a pencil. Verizon/ATT/TMobile/others are technology companies that require a bit more training to solve a problem than to have someone drive a car and drop a package. Just saying...not comparable in customer service.

There is a customer reviews section on Google, Yelp etc. You should def post there based on “your” issue or else that good ol 611 cud do it. Not to he disrespectful, you’re probably on the wrong website.
