Many were laid off yesterday and presumably more to come. Why? Because corporate greed of former and current leadership taking raises while legal fees grow. If you weren't laid off, do yourself a favor and escape the titanic while a life raft is unoccupied.

Get rid of the Head of Compensation! Useless drain of money and zero contribution to the company. 45-page instructions to complete a 2-page review? Yeah, that sounds about right... CHRO lacks compassion and empathy for the people who spent their entire careers there. She "sneered" at these people with derision. So did Festog.
Oh, stop the drama (these negative comments sound a lot like they were planted by disgruntled former management/employees). The ship isn't sinking, it is right sizing. Greed is gone. Current CEO has made decisions that the Greed(y) prior CEO wouldn't do (like freeze his own pension, eliminate First Class travel for himself, reduce or eliminate other "perks").
The nepotism goes further than last names. Look deeper. Look who is behind the closed doors. The current leadership team is worse than the prior. The layoffs are a way to fund their legal battles. They’d rather fight prior leadership than do what’s best for policyholders. It’s sinking and sinking fast. Did you ever wonder why the current ceo doesn’t mind being at the helm of the sinking ship? What is in it for him? What will survive when the titanic sinks?
Talking about legal settlements. What's this we are hearing about Landmark Admin Security breach impacting 800,000 people ?? MOA bought Landmark in 2022 and rebranded it as Truspire. There was a massive data breach at Landmark Admin. Now, MOA wants to get out of Truspire? It's anyone's guess how much liability there will be with the breach and by who ? Corporate Executives need to come clean and level up about any liability exposure here. It's all been hush hush.
