Wouldn't phase me at all. Most days I'd probably be indifferent having rehearsals constantly so I'm good and prepared because I know it's hardly ever based on merit.

@qbi+1vZZSaJC would be nice to see the HR schemers who try to get around the law regarding age discrimination and all other kind of discrimination getting a little payback.

Yup...too early for PR feedback as it was not technically due to LL4 level till 12/20. My whole section has individuals scheduled for Monday and Tuesday.

Hope it's nothing but all the 'ingredients' are there for reductions on salaried side.
