In person voting

Does anyone know if Wells gives employees any PTO for voting?

Everyone got an email about it and it should be on your teamworks homepage when you scroll down. 3 hours nonroutine voting on workday and your manager needs to approve it in advance.

3 hours, select 'non-routine' & voting, in workday - has to be approved by your manager

I tried to look up the holiday calendar for 2025 and had to revise my search term. Who knew that using “2025 holidays” would bring up all kinds of garbage except a list showing our holidays in 2025. You can spend hours trying to find the most basic information. Just try finding something a bit out of the ordinary. You have to use the exact phrases since it isn’t intuitive enough to look outside of the box.

For the quick to criticize, there was a chat last week detailing the heartburn many of us have with Teamworks' search feature.

3 hours my manager said he was using it to vote early the other day.

Actually if you can wait for the answer it may be more efficient (so not “stupid” as you so, ahem, eloquently put it) than scrolling and maybe finding the answer. Not every person is here doomscrolling.

It’s required by law to give you the time to do it

really speaks to the stupidity of our rank and file when they come here for an answer they can quickly get off Teamworks. the same question was asked last week with an answer that went so far as to tell you what options to select in workday.

3 hours that you can use during early voting or on Election Day. Talk to your supervisor to schedule it. Hopefully that helps.

Did you even check Teamworks or ask a coworker or your manager?
