Offshore moved into phone sales. Layoffs in December if sales are lower than expectations. The end of Q4 has to appear productive.

I don’t like getting calls from our “partners” in Jamaica. They are going to squeeze us out.

Last year they said they were overly aggressive with the layoffs. They completely restructured to a very lean team. Leadership said they wanted to put the past behind them which is why they were very aggressive. I don't think we will see any.

With the current stock price, I would expect more January layoffs again in 2025.

Well they just hired a bunch more people at JSL so its not looking good for US employees. January

Man, it seems like it’s bound to happen. I’m thinkin’, instead of doing those layoffs in January, they might move it to another month. They know a lot of people might be holding out for it.... and just quit if January comes and goes, which means less severance to pay.
