She knew no more of the destiny of Teradata “than a tea leaf knows the history of the East India Company.''
She knew how to manage upwards, so there is that.
CEO was oddly polite in speaking about her exit in the all company meeting. Expected it would be ignored in the all company meeting, and just covered in the internal email only.
I can't believe a strategy of having someone with no experience and a bachelors degree (only) in government affairs leading a technology & software development organization didn't work out.
Can someone please shed some light on what happened?
She can take her BLM t-shirt with her. Still can’t believe she wore that on a company meeting. That aged well didn’t it?
So what rumors? Why the mention of hand cuffs?
It should have happened a long time ago.
If the rumours are true, it didn't end well for her. Surprised she wasn't marched out in handcuffs.
Good riddance to a blatantly political and militant person of unproven competence. Until TD doesn't come back to unwavering meritocracy... This will still be too little too late
The Grabbing Hands grab all they can... The leadership have no clue and are just seeing how long they can milk this bleeding dead cow. Trust me... it's dead.
She got fired! But no way can DS take up the role as he is even worse. He lacks basic leadership skills, no one likes him and only has a basic understanding of tech
DS will not take her spot. Curious as he’s the heir apparent
DS is awful. If he fills the Hillary void things will get much much worse.
But is ds any better?
Too little too late. She was toxic from the start and rode the DEI train as long as she could.
1 down, 5 more to go starting with the CMO. Why doesn't TD acknowledge that marketing does nothing for TD other than eat out of the bottom line Revenue. Changing the font to "inter" which btw is missing on every powerpoint save will not help TD.
Expected! I do not know why she waited so long to leave the crapy, toxic executive leadership. It's time for all ELT to go or be fired by the board!
Finally one thing TDC has done right out of so many bad decisions in the past.
