When we were in decline it was used as an incentive to get employees engaged. Now that we are getting profitable, that program is canceled. They talk about retention of customers but retaining talent is not what AS does.

Allstate has no intention or desire to retain talent. Hence why as much of the operations have been moved to offshore vendors at a fifth of the cost of paying talent.

- Flog it endlessly with cheerleading townhalls and hand picked brown nosers who will say it's working.
- Doesn't produce results because consistently ignored ongoing organizational/cultural factors keep it from doing so.
- Late 3Q 'leadership meeting' in Chicago to figure out how to save our bonus checks and bolster the stock price.
- The annual 3Q 'Flatten the Organization' Hunger Games.
- Gaslighting extravaganza about how we're making money hand over fist, particularly in 3Q and are now poised for unparalleled success to overtake everyone else in the market. Cuz we're 'big dogs.' (audible laughter)

Didn’t we all realize when it was announced that it would never be paid? Thought that was common knowledge.
They pulled it when there was a possibility of paying. Why anyone still works for this company is beyond me.
This was an odd thing. They never delivered and now that they are attempting to grow and might have to pay it, they pull it and dint give anything in return.
