Will there be any Hertz Global layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

We have had at least 1 round of layoffs every year for the last 5 years. Why would 2025 be different
Based on Q3 results and the doom and gloom projected through Q2 of 2025 its not a pretty picture. Business travel still down significantly and leisure is going into its slowest time till 2025. Other than a small spike for Thanksgiving and Christmas travel there is low demand. Expected to miss business by a lot which means cuts to make up.
yes, I work for sixt now and they said dtag is an option but they rather grown internally then take on the mess of hertz and dtag
Based on the financial outlook we will not be hitting any of our financial metrics.
What will not happen is merit increases or surge in hiring that is for sure. Who knows what is going to happen to DTG? Been trying to dump them off the last few years but no takers. The other players already have their low cost brands with a strong foot print. Hertz was hoping Sixt would jump into the mix but they wanted nothing do do with DTG.
Layoffs are inevitable at Hertz 2025 will be no different
