Terrible management always blames you for everything and never has your back. Work-life balance doesn’t exist anymore, and the expectations are completely unrealistic. The team is understaffed, meaning we're expected to pick up the slack without support. Every single day feels like a losing battle.

Why are you bothering to work, much less over-work? Management is irrelevant an you are just wasting your time when you could be looking for a new job in this awful market.
The “Collect a pay check and create Kaos” (did you mean chaos?) comment is insensitive to hardworking individuals that still care about the TD product. It’s frustrating that TD is going downhill — management su-ks, the product is turning to garbage. But creating ‘chaos’ only hurts the workers, especially the ones trying to make the product great again. Management will escape with a golden parachute regardless of the outcome of TD. That’s just how it is. Unless you hate your coworkers, creating chaos is just d-mb and childish. Our best option is to find a new job while still employed.
f**k them for sure but do y'all hear yourselves? this kinda behavior is an embarrassment.
Why quit? Collect a pay check and create Kaos...TDC has created a Monster environment and have invested in the repeated practice of stealing the soul of its most valued assets - the employee. So pay the investment back and create absolute KAOS. Get certified, reach out to management with vigor, provide information that no one can use effectively - except HR, and if your creative enough take a medical leave of absence - stress. Get creative and have fun making every moment the worst possible representation to the customer base of TDC. Then leave....trash the place. Do you think its fair that a company is the only one allowed to act like this?
The more that quit, the more jobs will be shipped offshore to cheap slave workers. End result is terribly inferior products that don't meet customer needs. TDC has perfected the artform of releasing garbage
Lead, follow or pretend to care for your coworkers by not posting this garbage. No one owes you anything. Bu---r off to somewhere else!
“Then quit” comments are so helpful, thanks! /s
I’m planning to and others I’ve spoken to are just as fed up with TD as well but it’s often better to find a job while you have a job. Not all of us are in a position where we can just quit without considering other factors, like our family and financial stability.
Then quit.
