Between the $165 Million penalty and the pause in EV production, who else is setting expectations low?

Hmmm, the $165 million is the same amount as the bonuses of the top 10 people in the company.
Lowered my productivity accordingly.
We went from 107% in July to 65% in October.....
This was expected. Anyone who thought different was way too delusional.
The company could really use that bonus money to hire more LL's and reward the executives ... if only they can find a way to keep it.
Wait you guys still have expectations of a bonus?
Definitely not turning things around anytime sooon (if ever) w.r.t. warranty, but $165 million isn' really that much considering "Ford reported $800 million of increased warranty costs for the second quarter of this year."
I'm expecting bonus to be 50% and separations in February/March timeframe.
2025 will be a difficult year with layoffs and pay cuts. Good luck.
Don't expect anything. Take your long vacations in January when everyone gets back.
We went from 107% in July to 65% in October. With everything else going on and morale in the toilet, I don't see it getting any better between now and January. Couple in the layoffs at GM which I'm sure will give our senior leaders brilliant ideas on how to continue to cut our way to prosperity, I'd be surprised if it finishes off >50%
I am not expecting anything. This is again clueless leadership making one bad decision after another.
How does DF continue to receive $15M bonuses when the business unit he is responsible for has never posted a profitable quarter?
F#$& I will be surprised the bonus isn't negative!
