Asked my boss and said nothing to worry about. Do the managers know who's being cut or find out when we do?

not 10% at each location. In NY/NJ/CA you cannot fire more than 50 people with less than 90 days unless you give all of them +4 weeks severance. Now let's see Frank's pep talk in the locker room.
I work in Frisco and there wasn't a warning. I got the meeting invite 10 before. 10% for each location.
I feel so so bad for my dedicated clients. I wish I couldhave given them a heads up.
It's been a disaster all year but once again the most knowledgeable are who's gone
It might depend case by case but In those I saw directly managers were not aware that their directs are being fired.
