All lies and bullshlt. He just put up a show. Nothing more. I don't believe him shlt. Once ExxonMobil stops reducing headcount then we'll talk again. For now it's the same shlt and lies after lies.

Good public speaking, but actions soeak louder than words. Those who love and believe in this bubble of EMHC, you are a waste of human life.

Here is a guy making 20 times more than you, telling you to take ownership, telling you all is fine when it clearly is not, telling you how it may sound ‘trite’ but thats how things go, telling you your career is important while you cleary have no clue about your next few roles.

A title of ‘President’ doesnt make you one and doesnt mean anything. The bottom line is bad behaviors are incentivized in this company and only yhose who have these bad behaviors make it to executive positions. If this was not true the culture of the company would be pretty good.

Rot is culture starts from the top, MZ is no different, but decemt speaker.

You cannot get elevated to executive levels without being able to put on multiple masks and be fake.

ExxonMobil Presidents and Vice Presidents are very personable in "public domain" forums especially employee and investor forums.

However, behind closed doors, all ExxonMobil Presidents and Vice-Presidents will cut you off at the knee caps if you are not delivering on your annual metrics since your deliverables also impacts their end of year Restricted Stock Units (RSU's).

I dont know him personally, but he came across as geniune and authentic to me. I didnt get a bad vide or impression of him at all.. It’s easy to sit back and pick apart someone else’s effort, but the real challenge—and what separates leaders from complainers—is stepping up and offering constructive input or support. There are alot of negative entities at Exxonmobil these days. Its actually pretty gross.

MZ cares SO MUCH about his employees, that he’s personally driving the 10k BTC center. It is XOM’s plan to drain EMHC of all engineers and route those jobs to India.

Sure, you can believe all those smiles and things he says, but, I’m not buying it.

The clear undertone of the meetings is the USA is to be off shored to India and Malaysia.

We like Mike, he is genuinely a good person and cares about the people. I didn’t get a chance to see this forum but he is very real, honest and overall knowledgeable.

I mean better than other forums I’ve been a part of, at least he didn’t call us all hot shots and told us to leave yet.

Honestly was pretty good overall. Ya, continued headcount reductions su-k. Forum wasn’t terrible, though. I have sat in way worse this month.

where are rewards of “winning” for employees? why ownership and urgency when no incentive?

If we’re “WINNING” so much why are we constantly cutting head count? What a DB@G
