It's too late... Vendors take 90% of call volume and have 40000+ whereas internal is around 3000 and dropping. It's over for internal. Wait it out for the severance then find a new job.
All you have to do is start the union discussions, that will really get them scared.
What's the best means to revolt? If only someone could figure out some means to somehow unite in an effort to raise the lot of an average American worker's station in life against an oppressive system in which they're outnumbered and out-powered.
