Some of Our sites are not large enough for 5 days in office work week. You can never book a small conference room. Parking is a major problem and the place is so noisy on T-Th.

Of course VZ will. VZ is not done with cutting headcount, this would be another way to reduce headcount by “forcing people to quit”.

Yes. VZ tends follow trends, not set them. When others are buying media assets, VZ follows; When others are laying off, VZ follows; when others are embracing working from home, VZ follows; when others RTO 4 or 5, VZ… you guessed it, “follows!”

So I really don't see moving to 5 days versus 2. If anything those who are at home will be forced like hybrid folks to come in 2 days a week. They will do what TMO did which was come in 2 days (move to a hub) or here's your walking papers. This excludes Frontline employees because they will be let go next year with reduced call volume

You bet it is coming here too! The commercial real estate market is in a total free fall because of the C word scam and working from home. Businesses have been economically destroyed along with cities and towns because people are still making believe that they are working from home. If you are still 'working from home' and not very, very, proveably busy and efficient - you will be out of work this time next year. Bank on it. Time to go back to work or find that you have no more work at all.

We should do 7 or 8 days a week OP.

5 days a week would be a challenge in cities where they have consolidated office space. Even with 2 days a week mandate right now, there are days our building is jam packed.
