There are a lot of reasons that you can use for Caregiver time off. And the company can not check those appointments because it could violate privacy laws.

Also, use your paid caregiver leave! Can be used if your kid is sick or you need to drive grandma to an appointment. Read up on it.

Additionally, I know a lot of people who milk short term disability and other loop holes to get paid and not work at this he-l hole.

The Stank should expect to see a significant increase in sick days used and a decrease in productivity this year.

  1. We’re forced into an office with people carrying germs.
  1. Those who were sick but still worked because we didn’t have to go into an office and infect others, are now forced to use sick days.

How’s that for more productive?

Yes. Usually not on Mondays and Fridays. Not consecutive with a holiday or vacation. Just a person that randomly gets sick due to being in a busy building.
