The past few months have been life-changing. I stopped trying to juggle three people's jobs, and my mental health has skyrocketed. If cutting back leads to getting laid off, so be it. I’ll take the severance and move on. My next job will have to come with realistic expectations because I’m done with the nonsense I’ve dealt with here.

You won’t get severance if you’re displaced for cause, I.e. RTO…

Same here. I put my chances of being laid off at 90% at this point but I’m not sure I’m all that sad about it.
