What happened to BofA in the past 15 years? So much political maneuvering and internal beauracracy. Risk is very not on board with responsible growth. We are losing in every market to JPM and smaller competitors and nothing is changing.

I still have to remind some of our colleagues occasionally that came in from the ML merger which company ended up acquired. Smartest-guys-in-the-room syndrome still seen.
