To be honest I think Jim will be going next year anyways. But it is only because Bill doesn't like CEOs to sit in that role for more then 5 years. No I do not have inside information. Just historical track record:

Farley hits year 5 in 2025
I’m told the bonus will be around $21k this year. I’m finding it hard to believe. Was told JF wants to make all employees happy.

JF and the seniors will per usual blame everyone but themselves while they rake is huge salaries and bonuses. While telling their direct reports that everyone beneath them must be rated low and sc--w them on bonuses. After all, they are powerless at the top and have no idea why bad decisions are being made and how things keep getting worse.
Two spoiled trust babies that live in a fantasy world and can’t relate to reality. How can Bill just stand by and watch the demise of the company by JF and still think he is doing the job? He wants a legacy, he will succeed, but it won’t be the one he wants.

if one of the major hedge funds who own a large block of common stock were to threaten to sell it. that may require change in senior management and BOD.
He is on PIP now
