Was Loughary fired and if so what is the backstory with that ? Were her, the former CEO and Chief Sales Officer ginning up mischief and in cahoots with one another ?

As to the comments about the Community Partnership Award, instead of giving away money the firm clearly doesn't have, have employees volunteer their time for 1-2 days a year at local non profit clients. It would strengthen relationships and the firm is giving back in a different way. I've been told that the company was giving away money like it was growing on trees to the tune of like $6M a year. Money flushed right down the toilet. I can give $250 or $500 here or there based on certain clients and their causes and fundraising but the firm was writing donation checks for $5K, $10K, $15K to clients who terminated their contracts with the firm. What a complete and utter waste. The current CFO, who is not even a CPA, approved many of these giveaways under the former CFO's "money steward leadership." MoA STOP GIVING AWAY OUR PENSION MONEY AND FULLY FUND OUR PENSIONS so the PBGC doesn't have to bail you out in the future.

Two days after laying off a reported 100 or so employees, Mutual proudly announced the six winners of its silly Community Partnership Award, with cash prizes totaling $375,000. Real money! That doesn't include the huge fees paid to the Selection Committee, the cost of producing the video, or the salaries paid to Lisa L (now fired) and others to administer the whole process.

Maybe it would have been better to pause the award and fire fewer employees.

Yeah, the CHRO is too busy self-promoting herself on LinkedIn. She should take her pronouns and go back to Jamaica.

I was with the firm for many years until I got laid off this week. Not once did the CHRO or anyone from HR ever meet with us or visit us to say thank you or to provide us support or ask us what can HR do to help us. Nothing. The CHRO has a clear lack of empathy. However, the CHRO always has time to post during company hours on Linkedin and to attend conferences to promote the CHRO's OWN brand to enhance she/hers/their reputation. I wish I had that much free time. We are trying to save the company at $75K per year and the CHRO makes over $500K !!! BS ! THAT IS NOT DEI. Where is the Equity and Inclusion in the Pay discrimination and disparities? The company promotes the branding of Senior C-Suite Executives. Meanwhile, the rank and file get huge benefits cuts. The self promotion of the C-Suite Executives is sickening.

All you have to do is go on LinkedIn and look at how many employees that have the “open to network” badge.
If you’re there now, start looking for an exit. Or just patiently wait for your severance package. But they laid off everyone with less tenure so the packages were smaller. But the transparency at the company is a joke. The CHRO is a racist and hates America. That’s why she won’t release the internal survey that shows the majority of employees and not happy with the organization. Save yourself while you can.

I heard all regional offices with the exception of 12 were shuttered today. Maybe a hundred employees axed. Yet the Greed-appointed CHRO remains? Why? What dirt does she have on the remaining execs?

Why isn’t this information about layoffs being communicated with employees across the company? There is a lot of anxiety already as it is because everything is being shared through word of mouth. This is completely unfair of upper management. What is going to happen to the field offices? Are all employees and their head offices going to be let go as well? Or is the company downsizing offices?
