That’s how long it will take them to roll out, slowly, piece by piece, at glacial speed, in phases, layoffs/reorg/offshoring. And I’m sure whomever comes out on the other end will be no better off than today.

Wrong. The outcome of what is in the announcements will all take place in 2025, this has been set by ELT. So the announcement, ROM, PDC, layoffs and ENGINE will all be done next year. Why do you think they keep telling you to rest up this holiday because next year is gonna be very busy.
